For a bug, it helps to include which assistant you were using (Claude, ChatGPT…), what you asked for, and what the card showed — a screenshot is ideal.
No sound: press ▶ Play once more after the card loads; on a phone, check the silent switch.
Wrong or odd-looking notation, or a passage you believe is not public domain: tell us the piece and bars in the caption and we will fix or remove it.
